茲公告修訂本公司「iPASS MONEY 特約機構約定條款」第二條、第六條、第七條，並自 115 年 03 月 31 日起生效實施。
有關前述修訂內容，請參閱下列新舊條款內容對照表。如特約機構對本次修訂有異議，請依「iPASS MONEY 特約機構約定條款」第九條通知本公司終止契約。特約機構於七日內不為異議者，推定承認該修改或增刪約款。
Notice of Amendments to the " iPASS MONEY Terms and Conditions for Contracted Institutions "
Please be advised that Articles 2, 6, and 7 of the “ iPASS MONEY Terms and Conditions for Contracted Institutions ” have been amended and will take effect on March 31, 2026.
For details regarding these amendments, please refer to the comparison table below. If your institution disagrees with these changes, please notify the Company to terminate the contract in accordance with Article 9.
If no objection is raised within 7 days, the contracted institution shall be deemed to have accepted the modifications, additions, or deletions of the terms.
