Eligibility Requirements:
Before participating, go to the “iPASS Green Point” section in the upper-right corner of the iPASS MONEY APP homepage, log in to your iPASS MONEY account, and agree to join the iPASS Green Points Program. Only participants who have agreed to the program can accumulate and earn green points.
Reward Information:
Each iPASS MONEY account is eligible for the reward once. The reward is limited to the first 3,000 participants. If the limit is reached, a notification will be posted on the campaign page.
The reward of 100 iPASS Green Points will be credited to your iPASS MONEY account by the end of the month following the completion of your first Small Remittance. Please allow additional time for processing.

Log in to the IndoMoney, VietMoney, PhilMoney, ThaiMoney APP and create a transaction bill.
Open the iPASS MONEY APP and select “Bill Payment” > “Cross-Border” from the homepage.
Follow the steps to complete payment for your EUI cross-border exchange bill.
【How to register iPASS MONEY】
Foreigners holding a residence permit (IC residence permit chip card) are eligible to apply for iPASS MONEY. The process is as follows:
Have your residence permit, credit card, and bank account ready.
Open the iPASS MONEY APP tap “Register iPASS MONEY” and read the Terms of Use, then check “I Agree.”
Set Login ID:Create an iPASS MONEY login ID consisting of 6 to 12 alphanumeric characters. ※ Once the account is registered, the ID cannot be changed.
Phone Number Verification: Tap “Send Verification Code” and enter the SMS verification code you receive.
Identity Verification: Input the details from your residence permit and upload photos of both the front and back of the permit.
Verification Response: You will receive a response regarding whether your identity verification has been approved within five business days.
Financial Verification: Enter your personal credit card or bank account details.
Set Password: Create a 6-digit password.
Registration is complete.
※If you receive a notification that your registration has failed, please contact the iPASS MONEY Customer Service Center .
※If you use a resident certificate to open an account at any of the following banks, financial verification cannot be completed. Please use a different bank account:Citibank, Standard Chartered Bank, Taichung Commercial Bank, King's Town Bank, HSBC (Taiwan), Huatai Bank, Sunny Bank, COTA Commercial Bank, and Entie Bank.
Terms of Activity
Participation Eligibility:
This campaign is exclusively for payments made via the iPASS MONEY APP “Bill Payment > Cross-Border” function or the IndoMoney, VietMoney, PhilMoney, ThaiMoney APP using an iPASS MONEY account. Other payment methods are not eligible.
This event is exclusively for foreign migrant workers and is not applicable to non-foreign workers.
You must download the iPASS MONEY APP and ensure it is updated to the latest version. Participants who fail to meet technical requirements or whose devices fail security checks will be disqualified.
You must register an IndoMoney, VietMoney, PhilMoney, ThaiMoney APP account, create a bill, and complete a small amount remittance. Failure to complete the transaction will result in ineligibility.
You must register an iPASS MONEY account, log in to the app, and agree to join the iPASS Green Points Program. Failure to do so will result in ineligibility.
Only LINE accounts registered in Taiwan (with a Taiwanese mobile number) that are linked to LINE Pay and iPASS MONEY accounts are eligible.
Your iPASS MONEY and IndoMoney, VietMoney, PhilMoney, ThaiMoney APP accounts must remain active and in good standing throughout the campaign. If accounts are deactivated or exhibit abnormal status, eligibility will be forfeited.
Terms for Using iPASS Green Points
iPASS Green Points (hereinafter referred to as “Green Points”) can be used as a post-transaction rebate by selecting a transaction from the eligible rebate list. The rebated amount will be credited as stored value to the user’s iPASS MONEY account, and a notification will be sent via the app.
One Green Point is equivalent to 1 New Taiwan Dollar (NTD). The rebate amount cannot exceed the total transaction amount.
The Green Points obtained in this event can be used within 3 months starting from the month after the points are obtained (for example, the Green Points obtained on April 30, 2025 will expire on July 31, 2025).

To register for an iPASS MONEY account, you must use a smartphone running Android 8.0 or above or iOS 15.0 or above. Please ensure that the iPASS MONEY app and your phone’s default browser are updated to the latest versions. Participation in this campaign signifies that the participant has read, understood, and agreed to abide by the iPASS corporation and iPASS MONEY service terms, as well as all campaign details and notices. No requests for reissuing rewards will be accepted. The company reserves the right to cancel participation or revoke rewards for any user who violates the terms or principles of fairness.
iPASS corporation reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this campaign at any time. Updates will be reflected on the campaign page without additional notice.
